Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and accurately understand their needs.
- Effectively showcase, promote, and sell products and services.
- Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers during the purchasing process to achieve sales.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the store's appearance and organization according to company standards.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
Requirements:
- The applicant must hold a diploma as a minimum educational qualification.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Smart and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and consumer behavior.
