We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Outdoors Division. This position is pivotal in driving business growth by focusing on B2B sales and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads in the outdoors sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring strong relationships are built.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key sales metrics.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer retention.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and ERP systems.
Work Locations: Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah
