We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a SC Packaging Operator at our Dammam facility. At PepsiCo, we believe our employees are the heart of our success. Our mission is to provide the best quality products while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and diverse workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively to achieve production targets.
- Gather hourly data for process control checks and conduct quality meetings.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards while alerting managers about any food safety hazards.
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate efficiency metrics.
- Manage process workers and ensure good manufacturing practices.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on processing equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Industrial training institute graduate or relevant equivalent.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing processing environment (waivered with a tertiary background).
- Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.
