Join Eram Talent as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating)
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of critical rotating equipment essential for industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Execute precision alignment, dynamic balancing, and overhauls according to OEM standards.
• Conduct condition monitoring with vibration analysis and performance checks.
• Maintain seals, bearings, couplings, and lubrication systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Support plant shutdowns and major maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with operations and reliability teams to enhance equipment performance.
• Ensure accurate recording of maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Adhere strictly to HSE policies and procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and share expertise within the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience maintaining rotating equipment in petrochemicals or oil & gas industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with relevant machinery.
• Expertise in alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Experience in turnarounds is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
