Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, drive market expansion, and strengthen the company's position through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and enhance products and services to meet market needs.
• Monitor and evaluate government tenders and projects.
• Prepare and review technical and financial proposals.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events within the Kingdom.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
• Monitor overall performance and provide periodic reports to senior management.
• Providing Support and assistance to the pre-sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of government tenders and bidding processes.
• Proven experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
