Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Manager in Dammam!
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Leasing department, focusing on Mall/Retail properties. Your role will be crucial in setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing support while monitoring performance and resolving tenant conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement follow-up strategies to encourage potential tenants towards closing deals.
Negotiate lease and sales terms within established criteria.
Provide transaction-related services such as market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, and calculating commissions in the leasing and sale of buildings.
Oversee tenant application preparations and lease documentation.
Manage relationships with external brokers.
Assist in creating marketing materials for space availabilities and properties for sale.
Report to senior personnel on program status, potential deals, and next steps.
Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in retail/malls leasing.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of the regional real estate market is a significant advantage.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
