Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring effective collaboration to meet organizational objectives.
• Establish schedules for maintenance services and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor work activities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs, adhering to SLA standards.
• Manage the operation budget and monitor expenses.
• Oversee warehouse stock and supplies, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate construction projects in alignment with pharmacy requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Participate in hiring qualified candidates and provide orientation.
• Lead training and development initiatives for maintenance staff.

Work Environment: This role involves 20% indoor and 80% outdoor work, with a schedule of six working days per week, and working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour break.

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 Years of Experience in MEP Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all maintenance activities uphold the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity, thus supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Championing a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies.
• Developing, implementing, and sustaining preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the maintenance team for timely and high-quality execution of activities.
• Utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for effective maintenance planning.

Who You Are:
You have a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high safety standards and reliability. You are experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues within an industrial setting, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
