At KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), we provide exceptional solutions for the energy sector. We are seeking an HR Services Coordinator who will play a vital role in our HR team. As a key contributor, you will support the operational functions of our company while ensuring a smooth interface between various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage service requests with vendors, including transportation and housing providers.
• Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
• Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and provide support in safety audits.
• Participate in company events, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for high school graduates, or minimum 3 years’ experience with a diploma.
• Excellent organizational and proactive communication skills.
• Proven leadership capability in large organizations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
