Join Sika as a Sales Engineer!
As a leading specialty chemicals company, Sika plays a crucial role in transforming the construction and transportation industries toward greater environmental compatibility. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to enhance our sales performance and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain account relationships to meet sales targets.
Ensure full accountability for regional sales performance and actively participate in all sales activities.
Collaborate with segment and distribution managers to optimize sales channels aligned with company strategies.
Assist customers in overcoming construction challenges using Master Builder Solutions products.
Expand the customer base by implementing regional strategies and market channel structures.
Conduct comprehensive market research and maintain extensive competitor benchmarking.
Introduce new products to customers, ensuring clear communication of benefits and applications.
Manage customer requests and ensure high levels of satisfaction in service quality and pricing.
Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams for timely fulfillment of delivery commitments.
Lead weekly sales meetings and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
Monitor and manage customer payment processes diligently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales within the construction or chemical industry.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and strong analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
MBA degree is advantageous.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Your Qualifications:

Excellent critical thinking and market analysis skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
