Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Assist in creating brand marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and events.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage content creation and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality materials.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Develop strategies for social media engagement, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Brand Partnerships & Events: Support event marketing and build relationships with influencers and partners.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement of brand strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (*, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
