Job Description:

We are looking for a real estate sales specialist with a high marketing and professional sense, able to implement and manage marketing and sales activities for real estate products, including communication with potential clients, managing sales opportunities, conducting real estate photography, and managing marketing content across social media channels.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule communications, visits, and meetings.

• Visit real estate companies and entities and build professional relationships.

• Manage requests and real estate products through approved real estate platforms.

• Use effective sales strategies and methods to achieve targets.

• Prepare periodic and organized real estate sales reports.
\n
• Conduct basic real estate photography (photos and short videos).
\n
• Manage and publish marketing content via relevant social media platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:
