About the Job:
Al-Abeer is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary / Administrative Assistant who can support our team in managing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for managers and staff.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office files and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
  • Perform general administrative support as required.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
