Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Manage and implement debt recovery strategies for overdue accounts, initiate contact with customers, negotiate settlements, and establish payment plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships while ensuring a balance between firm collections and empathy.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed on debt collection laws and ensure adherence to them.
- Performance Monitoring: Track recovery metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline debt collection processes and utilize software for tracking.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and coordinate with external partners for effective collections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a debt collector, minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge of KSA debt collection laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Certification in debt collection is preferred.
