Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and monitor sales targets in collaboration with the strategy team.
  • Hire and manage sales resources to maintain optimal team performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and work with marketing to ensure effective lead generation.
  • Analyze real estate trends and suggest improvements to sales processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs based on team needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Bayut at property sales events and expos.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 710 years of experience in the real estate industry or property sales.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA real estate market.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English.

As a key member of our sales team, you will support sales operations and coordinate the allocation of work programmes within the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to managing the implementation of sales plans and preparing performance reports that contribute to the overall sales process.
