As a crucial member of the Hilton team, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the highest standards of upkeep and cleanliness across the hotel.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Allocating work duties to Team Members.
- Performing routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
- Reporting and following up on maintenance defects or other issues.
- Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly.
- Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects.
- Managing and training Room Attendants and Team Members to meet performance standards.
- Efficiently managing stock control and equipment maintenance.
- Providing excellent guest service, including for VIP guests and special requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
- A successful track record of team management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Preferred proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
