Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our Housekeeping Department at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residence. As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that we provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work duties to Team Members
  • Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspect service areas, storerooms, and corridors regularly
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to meet performance standards
  • Oversee stock control and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide excellent guest service, including addressing VIP and special requirements
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • Successful track record of managing a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office is preferred
