As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that we provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate work duties to Team Members
• Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspect service areas, storerooms, and corridors regularly
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
• Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to meet performance standards
• Oversee stock control and maintenance of equipment
• Provide excellent guest service, including addressing VIP and special requirements
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
