Who You Are:

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or DevOps.
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, etc.

Position Summary
The Senior Service Sales Engineer will be pivotal in developing, selling, and managing aftermarket services related to electrical power distribution and critical power infrastructure, particularly in mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue growth through the sale of preventive maintenance, installation, and modernization services.
• Technical & Commercial Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technically accurate proposals and support negotiations.
• Internal Support & Collaboration: Act as a primary interface between customers and internal teams, enhancing service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Forecasting & Executive Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and customer activity, providing regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.

• Advanced understanding of electrical systems, compliance standards (NFPA, OSHA), and modernization methodologies.

Miscellaneous
Ability to lift 10-20 lbs and travel 40–60% regionally as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
