As a leading company in industrial automation solutions, we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in promoting and selling our automation lines and industrial machines.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell automation lines and industrial machines to factories and businesses.
Identify client needs and propose technical solutions.
Prepare offers, conduct presentations, and follow up on sales leads.
Travel to customer sites (locally and regionally).
Work closely with the technical team for solution customization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery or automation sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Self-motivated and target-driven.

Join MENAISCO as a Sales Engineer - Fire Service & Maintenance
We are seeking an ideal candidate who will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow up with prospective clients. This role requires a strong understanding of our product's technological capabilities and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close sales for AMC/service contracts.
Conduct site surveys and propose technical solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations and tenders.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for execution and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with NFPA/local fire codes and Civil Defense regulations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for service and AMC sales.
Present service solutions to clients, address technical queries, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, consultants, and contractors.
Liaise with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution of services.
Monitor ongoing contracts for performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Address client complaints or service issues in coordination with service teams.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
Minimum 510 years of experience in fire protection or service & Maintenance sales.
Strong knowledge of FA/FF systems and standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid KSA driver’s license (preferred).
Willingness to travel.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تحديد السوق وتصنيف العملاء: تحديد وتصنيف العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين (الشركات الصانعة الأصلية، والمركبين، وشركات الصيانة) في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية لإنشاء رؤية واضحة لإمكانات السوق.
تطوير المبيعات: نمو مبيعات قطع الغيار من الأساس من خلال دراسة سلوكيات الشراء الحالية وفهم التحديات في مصادر قاعدة العملاء المثبتة الحالية.
التفاعل مع العملاء: زيارة العملاء وآفاق الأعمال بانتظام لتقديم عروض منتجات الشركة وتحديد موقعنا كشريك موثوق.
حماية العلامة التجارية: مراقبة والإبلاغ عن نشاط المنتجات المقلدة في السوق؛ توعية العملاء بشأن مخاطر المنتجات النسخ.
إدارة الفرص: فهم أنماط شراء العملاء وتحديد طرق لزيادة المبيعات من خلال مقترحات القيمة.
تحليل السوق: جمع تعليقات السوق، وتتبع نشاط المنافسين، وتقديم رؤى لتكييف الاستراتيجيات التجارية.
واجهة المبيعات التشغيلية: العمل كشخص مرجعي لجميع أنشطة المبيعات التشغيلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وضمان التواصل الاستباقي بالعربية.
التعاون الداخلي: العمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال، والفرق الفنية، والمصانع لتحقيق التوافق في التسعير وتوافر المنتجات.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الميكاترونics) أو مجال ذي صلة.
35 سنوات من الخبرة في دور فني تجاري أو مهندس مبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع المصاعد أو المعدات الصناعية.
المعرفة بمكونات المصاعد أمر ضروري.
مهارات قوية في مواجهة العملاء مع عقلية تجارية استباقية.
مهارات اتصالات ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية.
طاقة عالية، مدفوعة ذاتياً، قادرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في دور ميداني.
مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
الاستعداد للسفر بشكل مكثف في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
