Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Engineer

At International Building Systems Factory (IBSF), we have established ourselves as a trusted leader in the fabrication of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel since 1993. With over 10,000 structures shipped to 36 countries, we are committed to delivering excellence in our industry. We are currently seeking a talented Sales Engineer to help us drive revenue growth in the PEB and Steel Field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales activities including offers, negotiation, and documentation review.
  • Contact potential clients to introduce IBSF products.
  • Analyze sales processes and results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with subsidiary clients through regular visits.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to subsidiary products.
  • Track tenders and prepare project-specific cost estimates and proposals.
  • Proactively follow up on sales leads and new projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements for maximum profitability.
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in PEB & Structural Steel sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective clients.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS software and excellent English communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
  • Valid Driving License is mandatory.
