As a Receptionist, your primary role will be to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering professional and customer-focused services. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality assistance at all times.

As a Receptionist, your primary role will be to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering professional and customer-focused services. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality assistance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations related to customer interactions to ensure service continuity.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities by applying best practices.
- Prepare accurate reports for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet company standards.
- Maintain and record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer inquiries.
- Support customer satisfaction and loyalty programs in accordance with AJVA and FORD standards.
- Develop effective relationships with colleagues to achieve team performance objectives.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent work quality.
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Relations or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
