Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences? 7Ribs, renowned for its delicious smoked meats and inviting atmosphere, is seeking a dedicated full-time Waiter to join our vibrant team in Riyadh.

Role Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with warmth and hospitality.
Accurately take and process orders while ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area to promote a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a high-quality dining experience.
Exceed customer expectations by addressing their needs professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Proficient in food & beverage knowledge to assist guests with menu choices.
Basic cooking knowledge is an advantage.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English) are a plus.
