About the Broker Relationship Analyst Role

Role Overview

The Broker Relationship Analyst will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to brokers and clients. This role involves managing service inquiries, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with Cigna's products and services. The analyst will coordinate with Account/Client Managers to proactively identify and resolve potential issues, maintain awareness of account status, and explore opportunities for business expansion. On-site presentations to educate existing and prospective clients may also be part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all intermediary requests, queries, and complaints are handled according to Cigna Insurance Middle East *** standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point of contact for intermediaries within the assigned portfolio, delivering a high level of service and care.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and key internal/external stakeholders to achieve service objectives.
• Collaborate with various Cigna departments to develop optimal solutions for client issues and suggestions.
• Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, discussions, and visits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including managing people, reporting, analyzing, and solving customer problems. Call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High capacity for multitasking independently and on a computer.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills. Arabic language proficiency is considered a plus.
• Effective reporting skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
• Ability to independently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals of moderate complexity.
