We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our small, fast-moving team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for an individual with 0-2 years of experience who is ready to contribute to building our marketing strategy from the foundational stage.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in establishing the company's market presence. This position involves working across various aspects of audience engagement, including content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. The specialist will contribute to developing and implementing the initial marketing framework rather than operating within an established corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X in both Arabic and English.
• Assist in planning and executing the September platform launch campaign.
• Develop copy for emails, advertisements, landing pages, and product announcements.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and report findings.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and audience interests.
• Coordinate with design and product teams on the development of marketing materials.
• Participate in decision-making processes, providing input on strategic directions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related field (agency, startup, or in-house).
• Proficiency in written Arabic and English, with the ability to transition between languages effectively.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, technology, and business growth.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Adaptability to a startup environment characterized by evolving priorities and changes.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to the city.

Preferred qualifications include:
