About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The role requires initiative in delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to actively manage guest needs and operational requirements. This includes processing operational tasks, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. A key aspect of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves being on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations, and navigating various spaces such as narrow, confined, or elevated areas, as well as stairs and service ramps. Physical tasks may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also part of the job requirements.
