About the Role

Ten Group is seeking a Head of Travel Service Delivery to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the operational success of the travel service delivery within the region, focusing on end-to-end service, commercial performance, and member outcomes. The role reports to the Regional Director and requires the leadership of cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
