About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking a Manager – People & Culture to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading organizational development and workforce transformation initiatives for clients across various industries, contributing to business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects focused on organizational development, talent management, and workforce transformation.
  • Design and implement organizational structures, operating models, competency frameworks, and job architecture initiatives.
  • Develop HR and people strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness and performance.
  • Support workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.
  • Design and improve organizational policies, procedures, and workflows to increase overall efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client meetings to identify business and people-related challenges.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Participate in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, attending meetings, and preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Consulting.
  • Previous experience within a Management Consulting, HR Consulting, or Advisory firm is required.
  • Proven experience managing client engagements and interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Business development and commercial experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Strong expertise in Organizational Development, organizational design, talent management, and workforce transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS technology and AI-related tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves client-facing activities within the region.
