About the Role

AlKhalejiah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within defined scope.

Project Oversight and Execution

The Project Manager will lead projects across their entire lifecycle. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, defining schedules, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively. A key aspect of the role involves coordinating with various internal departments, external contractors, consultants, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.

Performance Monitoring and Risk Management

Continuous monitoring of project progress against established milestones is essential. The Project Manager will proactively identify potential project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to address them. Effective management of project budgets and control of associated costs are critical to maintaining project financial health. Regular progress reports will be prepared and presented to senior management.

Compliance and Problem Resolution

Ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and health and safety regulations is a fundamental responsibility. The Project Manager will be instrumental in resolving project challenges as they arise and will support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within project management practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of project management experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is necessary. While not mandatory, a PMP certification is considered an advantage.
