About the Role

Samaa Holding Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a results-driven professional with 0-1 years of experience and a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and contracting projects. The successful candidate will focus on identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence within the MEP market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves active engagement within the MEP market, requiring regular client interactions and representation at industry events.
