About the Sales Specialist Role

Menassat Realty Co is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This on-site position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at driving sales and building client relationships. Key duties include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Presenting company creative solutions and demonstrating how their features address specific client needs.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, which encompasses prospecting, negotiation of pricing, handling objections, and finalizing contracts.
  • Maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and manage invoicing processes.
  • Conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Training clients on how to maximize the benefits of company solutions.
  • Meeting established sales targets and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
