About the Role

SSC HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of smart home projects. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing complex technology-based projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring high-quality installations and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

The Smart Home Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of smart home projects. Key duties include:

  • Leading end-to-end project execution, from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Coordinating effectively with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within the defined scope, and within budget constraints.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to address delays or challenges.
  • Overseeing the installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with all relevant technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
  • Managing risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate and clear documentation for all project activities and providing regular reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Smart Home industry or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated prior experience with smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

While not strictly required, the following experience would be advantageous:

  • Experience in smart home automation and IoT systems.
  • Possession of a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working in bilingual environments, specifically Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience working within the GCC region.
