Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-qualification and registrations with new clients.
- Visit clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve sales objectives and report weekly activities to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
- Utilize Salesforce for reporting and managing sales activities.
- Identify customer service requirements by building rapport with clients.
- Prepare proposal submissions and support proposal preparation processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales within the construction sector, specifically in the Western Region (preferably in Jeddah/Makkah/Taif/Abha).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and customer service requirements.
