Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Middle East sales team as a Sales Manager for our upstream software solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining pre- and post-sales relationships with Quorum's customers while achieving both short- and long-term sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive account plans for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal resources to craft compelling client messaging and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Build trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors.
- Achieve targeted sales goals through effective resource management.
- Identify new opportunities and build credibility with customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of Quorum offerings, market trends, and industry best practices.

- Achieve sales objectives and growth targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Define account strategies and formulate actionable plans.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in account management or software sales.
- Previous sales experience within the oil & gas sector preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic proposal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
