Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise properties and monitor water and electricity meters.
- Welcome clients at the sales center.
- Ensure the readiness of the sales center.
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate offices in Tبوك.
- Valid driving license.
- Must be a resident of Tبوك.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
