Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Fairmont’s Service Plus Standards in every interaction.
- Arrive on duty punctually, dressed in full uniform, adhering to grooming standards.
- Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues for a harmonious workplace.
- Provide consistently friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Master the menu and beverage lists to confidently answer guest inquiries.
- Proactively address service mistakes and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and understand shift reports, handling monetary transactions securely.
- Participate in pre-meal briefings and ongoing training to enhance guest experiences.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications:
- Open to Saudi Nationals only.
- Ideal for candidates with little or no experience, including recent graduates.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and adaptable to shifting workloads.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Engage in activities like kneeling, pushing, and ascending/descending stairs.
