As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and cookies.
- Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and determining their coffee interests.
- Operating coffee equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Educating customers about coffee varieties and preparation techniques.
- Managing inventory and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about available products.
- Follow prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
- Attract and retain customers to generate revenue.
- Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment.
- Enhance the coffee shop's reputation by exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Barista or in food preparation.
- Knowledge of different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
