Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workflow of the Butler office and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Manage departmental inventory control tasks including purchase orders and coding invoices.
• Handle all shipping and receiving for Owners, Guests, and Colleagues.
• Provide administrative support to the Butler department.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to relay updates and changes.
• Address guest concerns promptly and log necessary notifications for departments.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for necessary repairs.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems is an asset.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities in high-stress situations.
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently with efficiency.
