We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining, banquet, and event operations at Boudl Hotels and Resorts Co. This pivotal role is essential in driving exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, catering, and events.
- Achieve and exceed budgeted targets for revenue and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group meetings and banquet clients.
- Ensure food and beverage offerings meet premium quality standards.
- Lead and train the Food & Beverage team for optimal performance.
- Optimize inventory control and vendor management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and hotel policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management.
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
