Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all hotel operations.
- Support, work with, and supervise all departments.
- Establish correct plans, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Prepare short and long-term development plans.
- Submit regular reports to management.
- Train, evaluate, and manage staff development.
- Monitor and review operating budgets and costs periodically, improving them as necessary.
- Find unique ways to serve customers and increase satisfaction.
- Enhance overall operational processes.
- Anticipate customer challenges and create proactive measures to boost satisfaction.
- Review performance regularly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Manager (required)
- Language: Proficient in English (required)
