About the Role: We are seeking a distinguished General Manager to lead Sidra Hotel Jeddah. We look for a leader with a passion for excellence and the strategic vision to translate high-level goals into exceptional guest experiences and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Full oversight of all daily hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Sales.
- Financial Performance: Developing annual budgets, monitoring costs, and maximizing RevPAR to ensure all financial KPIs are met.
- Guest Experience: Maintaining the highest standards of quality and service, while personally engaging with guest feedback to build brand loyalty.
- Talent Management: Building and leading a cohesive team, with a strong focus on training and developing local talent in line with Vision 2030.
- Compliance & Operations: Ensuring full adherence to safety, health standards, and local tourism regulations.
Candidate Profile:- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in the hospitality sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (General Manager or Assistant GM).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Traits: Strong leadership charisma, ability to perform under pressure, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
