Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
Hirz International is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our fire protection business in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals, identify new business opportunities, and grow the customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring that customer needs are met with appropriate fire protection solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market studies to identify new opportunities and keep informed about competitor activities, preparing sales reports for senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of fire protection products and collaborate with the technical team to deliver precise solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 57 years of sales experience, particularly in fire protection, construction, or industrial products.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as expertise in client relationship management.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
Location: Candidates must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
