As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities. This role is vital in ensuring that businesses are turned over properly and on time for effective service delivery. You will play a key role in leading day-to-day sales activities, focusing on building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with off-property sales channels.
• Participate in sales calls and execute operational business aspects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with:

• A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related fields, plus 3 years of experience.
• Or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a similar field, with at least 1 year of experience.

Desired Skills:
Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and teamwork capabilities to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
