Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end last mile operations for assigned sites, optimizing dispatch and efficiencies.
• Ensure metrics are met while maintaining operational standards in safety and morale.
• Drive performance management through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Conduct daily audits and oversee compliance with Amazon policies.
• Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners (DSP) for continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing roles within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• 1-3 years of process and people management experience preferred.
