Role Overview:
You will manage daily housekeeping operations, coordinating with your team to ensure that all rooms and public areas are maintained to hotel standards. You will also facilitate communication with the maintenance department for any room issues.

- Train and guide new housekeeping staff.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness.
- Manage cleaning supplies and request additional items as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance for any damages or malfunctions in rooms.
