YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the team. As a Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Consumer Activation Manager.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Execute the consumer activation plan built with SFP Deployment & Field teams to address business problems and opportunities.
Support commercial planning by collecting relevant territory data to continuously optimize plans.
Produce and maintain comprehensive competitor touchpoint analysis.
Implement new evaluation tools and provide early feedback for continuous optimization.
Ensure compliance with set processes and assist in tool development for commercial activities.
Lead a team of 3rd party Brand Supervisors and Brand Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with necessary knowledge.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

KSA National.
3+ years experience in a sales/brand/business support role using analytics, preferably with an FMCG company.
Proven track record of high achievement orientation and results-driven performance.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
