Join Our Team as a Landscape and Irrigation Sales Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of landscape solutions, including irrigation systems, urban furniture, and related mechanical products. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and industry experience to meet sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company's full product portfolio, utilizing technical knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Collaborate with the team to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct planned technical and sales calls, prepare offers and proposals, and follow up diligently until project award.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
  • Business Development: Introduce and prequalify the company with developers, consultants, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to support project wins.
  • Cross Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and service teams to enhance support and increase design-related sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Contribute to market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and assist in defining market share and potential.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape, Agriculture, Irrigation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales and technical support within the landscape or irrigation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; position is based in Jeddah.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إجراء أنشطة المبيعات للحصول على عملاء جدد وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير مبيعات في الوقت المناسب.
  • إجراء زيارات للعملاء لتعزيز العلاقات.
  • التنسيق مع الإنتاج واللوجستيات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
  • إدارة عمليات المناقصة وتقديم التحديثات للإدارة العليا.
  • ضمان إدخال بيانات العملاء والتحقق من توفر المنتجات.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة جامعية في تخصص الهندسة ذي الصلة.
  • 2-7 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في التصنيع.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • مهارات اتصال وتحليل قوية.
  • الإقامة الحالية في جدة.
