Role Overview: Hotel Receptionist

Alhuraish Trading is seeking a Hotel Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. This role is central to providing a welcoming and efficient experience for guests. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for individuals starting their careers in hospitality or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel services and local facilities.
Answer phone calls and handle reservations.
Maintain guest records and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
Ensure a professional, courteous, and efficient front desk experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong customer service and receptionist duties skills.
Solid phone etiquette and communication skills.
Reliable clerical skills, including basic computer use and record keeping.
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in Arabic; basic English communication skills are preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills, professional appearance, and a polite, service-oriented attitude.
