About Rabya Green Farms and the Role

Rabya Green Farms is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in the Saudi fresh produce market, focusing on fresh vegetables and agricultural products.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for fresh produce across Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with an established network and a proactive approach to market development and customer relationship management, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and grow sales across Saudi Arabia.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Visit customers and markets regularly to foster engagement and identify opportunities.
Travel frequently across the Kingdom to develop new business opportunities.
Monitor market prices, demand fluctuations, and competitor activities.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with clients.
Achieve established sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on collections.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience selling fresh produce in Saudi Arabia, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge and an established network within the Saudi fresh produce market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Possession of a valid Saudi driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time role involves significant travel throughout Saudi Arabia to engage with customers and develop new business. The primary operational focus will be within the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah cities, requiring regular market visits and client interactions.
