Join Our Team as a Store Facility Infrastructure Development Assistant Manager!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced infrastructure assistant development manager to become a vital part of our Cooperative technical and engineering team at شركة بنده للتجزئة. As the MEP systems technical expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations through technical knowledge and practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical resources for MEP and FLS infrastructure systems, including design, installation, and system testing.
Ensure compliance with engineering systems and SBCs.
Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) measures for both new construction and retrofit projects.
Oversee Energy Quality management programs.
Review and provide feedback on Technical Scope of Works and activities for new projects.
Conduct workshops and reviews for projects to address snag lists based on technical expertise.
Offer value engineering solutions during design and development.
Conduct technical reviews of contractor proposals.
Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to our business.
Monitor and report on KPIs for systems and team productivity.
Perform any additional duties to support organizational operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in MEP and FLS design.
Familiarity with Building Management and control systems.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and AutoCAD (mandatory).
Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

ما الذي سيجعلك ناجحًا:

خريج في مجالات الصحة (التغذية، الصيدلة، الطب، إلخ) أو دراسات الأعمال مع خبرة متعلقة بالصحة.
رخصة قيادة سارية هي أمر ضروري.
1-3 سنوات من الخبرة كممثل طبي في شركات الأدوية أو التغذية.
