Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute recruitment and selection processes in alignment with the association’s operational needs.
  • Prepare and announce job openings, coordinating with online platforms and recruitment agencies.
  • Receive, screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Design and implement training plans based on training needs analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training entities.
  • Evaluate training impact and submit reports to management.
  • Update employee databases and training records.
  • Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talent.
  • Participate in executing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi labor law.

Are you an experienced and skilled Recruitment Specialist looking for a new opportunity? At Silah Tamkeen, we are seeking a talented individual to play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Track candidate data in the ATS and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition with experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Based in Riyadh.
  • Arabic speaker.
